- Processing your audio recordings and text prompts through third-party AI services (Suno AI, Google Gemini) to generate music, covers, stems, and lyrics as requested by you

- We may use your text prompts and generated music to train and improve our AI models
- This helps us create better, more accurate music generation

Firebase (Google LLC) - Used only for:
- User authentication (email/password)
- Cloud storage for music files
- Database storage (Firestore) for your projects and prompts
- Firebase Analytics (anonymous usage statistics only)
- Crashlytics (anonymous crash reporting to fix bugs)
Note: Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics collect only anonymous, aggregated data. They do NOT collect personal information or usage patterns tied to you.
## AI-Generated Music & Ownership
### How AI Works:
- melodAI uses machine learning models to generate music based on your text prompts
- The AI has been trained on a diverse dataset of music to understand patterns, styles, and composition
- Due to the nature of AI, outputs may not be unique – similar prompts may generate similar music
### Ownership of Generated Music:
Free Tier Users:
- You can use AI-generated music for personal, non-commercial purposes only
- You must provide attribution to melodAI when sharing or publishing
- Commercial use requires upgrading to Premium
Premium/Pro Users:
- You own all rights to music generated during your paid subscription
- Full commercial rights – use in videos, podcasts, games, advertisements, etc.
- No attribution required (though appreciated!)
- However, due to AI nature, we cannot guarantee copyright protection if similar music is generated for others
### Your Prompts & Training:
- By submitting text prompts, you grant us permission to use them to train and improve our AI models
- We may analyze prompt patterns to enhance music generation accuracy
- Your prompts are stored securely and not shared with third parties
- You can opt out of AI training by contacting support@adevtech.com
## Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell or rent your personal data. However, to provide our AI music generation services, we share certain data with the following third-party service providers:
- Firebase (Google LLC) — Authentication, cloud storage, and analytics
- Suno AI (Suno, Inc. — suno.com) — Audio recordings, uploaded audio files, text prompts, and lyrics you submit are sent to Suno AI for music generation, cover creation, stem separation, mashups, and other audio processing. Suno AI processes this data under their own privacy policy.
- Google Gemini (Google LLC) — Text prompts may be sent to Google Gemini for AI lyrics generation.
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store — Payment processing and app distribution
We require that third-party service providers maintain appropriate data protection standards.
### Legal Requirements:
We may disclose your data only if required by law, court order, or government regulation.
### Public Sharing:
- If you choose to make music tracks public, they will be:
- Visible to all melodAI users
- Playable and downloadable by others
