When you create an account, we collect:

### 2. Voice Recordings and Audio Data
Voxia allows you to record voice notes. When you use this feature:
- Audio Files: Your voice recordings are stored securely in Firebase Cloud Storage
- Transcriptions: Audio is transcribed on Adev's own backend servers - we do NOT send your voice recordings to any third party for transcription
- Task Categorization: The transcribed text (not audio) is sent to Google Gemini AI for smart categorization and task extraction
- No Biometric Data: We do not collect, analyze, or store voiceprints or voice biometric identifiers for identity verification purposes
- AI Processing: Voice recordings are processed by our own backend to generate transcriptions, then text is processed by Gemini AI for categorization
### 3. Content Data
We store the following content you create:
- Voice recording transcriptions
- Categories you assign (notes, meetings, to-do lists, songs, ideas)
- Tasks extracted from recordings
- Tags and labels you add
- Search queries within your recordings
### 4. Calendar Data
When you enable calendar integration:
- Permission Required: You must grant explicit permission to access your calendar
- Read/Write Access: We access your calendar to create events and reminders based on voice recordings
- Supported Services: Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Microsoft Outlook Calendar
- Local Storage Only: Calendar tokens are stored locally on your device
- No Server Storage: We do not store your calendar data on our servers
### 5. Notification Data
When you enable reminders:
- Reminder preferences (time, location, frequency)
- Notification settings
- This data is stored in Firebase Firestore
### 6. Technical Data
We automatically collect:
- Anonymous Analytics: Usage statistics via Firebase Analytics (anonymized)
- Crash Reports: Error logs via Firebase Crashlytics (anonymized)
- Device Information: Device type, OS version (anonymized, for app stability)
We do NOT collect:
- Detailed usage patterns or behavior tracking
- Advertising identifiers

## AI Transcription and Processing
### How It Works
Voxia uses a two-step AI process:
1. Voice Transcription (Adev Backend): Your voice recordings are sent to Adev's own backend servers for transcription. We do NOT share your audio with any third party.
2. Smart Categorization (Google Gemini AI): The transcribed text (not your voice) is sent to Google Gemini AI for automatic categorization (notes, meetings, lists, songs, etc.) and task extraction.
3. Task Extraction: Gemini AI identifies action items and to-dos from the transcribed text.
4. Content Understanding: Gemini AI analyzes the text context to provide better organization.
### Third-Party AI Processing
- Google Gemini AI: We send your transcribed text to Google's Gemini AI service for categorization and task extraction
- Text Only: Only the transcribed text is sent to Gemini AI - your voice recordings remain on Adev's servers

### Transcription Accuracy
- AI transcription is not perfect and may contain errors
- Accuracy depends on audio quality, language, accent, and background noise
- We continuously improve our AI models using aggregate, anonymized data
- No Manual Review: Our team never listens to or reviews your voice recordings

- Voice transcription happens on Adev's own backend servers
- Transcribed text is sent to Google Gemini AI for categorization
- Your voice data is never shared with third-party advertising networks
